- Daily Order Deadline: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (EDT) are handled on the same business day. Any orders submitted after this time will be processed on the next working day.
- Preparation Time: Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). During peak seasons or special circumstances, this timeframe may be slightly extended.
- Delivery Timeframe: Once shipped, packages arrive within 7–9 business days (Monday through Friday). Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on external factors.
- Shipping Cost: We provide free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.
Processing & Shipping Workflow
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we’ve successfully received it. Our team will then begin preparing your order, which takes 1–2 business days. During high-demand periods, preparation times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted international and domestic carriers to ensure reliable delivery of your orders. Depending on your location and logistics availability, your package may be shipped via UPS, DHL, or USPS. After shipment, delivery takes between 7–9 business days. However, delivery speed may be influenced by factors such as location, courier operations, and unforeseen logistical delays.

Order Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@empotus.com. Cancellations are only possible before the order enters processing or shipping stages. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer available, and you will need to follow our return procedure after delivery.
Wrong or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, we’re here to help. Please send us clear photos of the item and packaging, along with a description of the issue, to support@empotus.com. Our team will review your request and arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or correction, as quickly as possible.
